Responsibilities

Planning and coordinating daily business activities, team workflows, and process execution
Budget monitoring, cost analysis, and financial reporting
Supporting business planning and operational efficiency initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business and financial objectives
Oversee daily team activities, workflows, and project execution
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, productivity, efficiency, and cost control
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and costs
Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize cross-department collaboration
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams with clear accountability and performance standards
Monitor budgets and costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization
Collaborate with accounting staff and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Provide financial insights to support planning, business decisions, and strategic initiatives
Assist with reporting operational and financial performance, including forecasts and variance analysis
Support implementation and maintenance of financial controls, policies, and best practices
Partner with Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Leadership teams to align business and financial planning with company goals
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, reporting directly to the CEO

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, administration, or business management roles
At least 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, cost analysis, and business management
Proficiency in business and accounting software (Oracle-based systems preferred) and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
English required
Strong ability to work with financial and business data, including budgeting, forecasting, ratios, reconciliations, and KPIs
Ability to interpret and analyze reports accurately
Ability to define business and financial issues, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret policies, procedures, and regulations
