Responsibilities

Analyze sales data and market trends using tools like Circana, Retail Link, Excel, and Power BI to provide actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to drive business performance and strategic decision-making
Support customer development team in developing and executing sales plans, including assortment planning, promotional strategies, new item launches, and product maintenance
Manage operational tasks such as new item setup, sample coordination, display management, and contract administration to ensure smooth account operations
PDP creation, optimization, and Walmart.com maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on priorities and execute initiatives effectively
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for meetings, ensuring all data and information are accurate and up-to-date
Handle administrative duties related to the account including sku creation, maintaining item information, updating pricing, and managing planograms
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors in the beauty space to inform strategies and recommendations
Contribute to Maesa’s commitment to innovative and sustainable brand strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, trade, category management, account management, or a related role within the CPG or beauty industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable presenting and communicating to Walmart buying team
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for the beauty industry and a curiosity about consumer trends
Familiarity with Retail Link, Luminate, Item360, etc

Preferred

Experience working with Walmart or other major retailers is highly preferred
