Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the master digital and technology budget tracker by period
Track actuals, forecasts, and variances across technology spend
Support period-end and quarter-end close and reporting activities
Ensure financial data accuracy and timely updates
Execute recurring internal technology billing processes under leadership oversight
Maintain and transition technology fee tracking to improve visibility and access
Support internal cost allocation and expense management processes
Partner with digital and technology budget owners to support annual R&D tax credit documentation
Assist with data collection and validation primarily during Q1 and Q2
Create and maintain a centralized Confluence repository of internal platforms and tools
Document platform purpose, ownership, points of contact, and budget alignment
Support standardized processes for tracking funding requests, approvals, and final funding decisions
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of financial analyst experience
Strong experience with expense management and budget tracking
Advanced Excel skills
Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
Preferred
Experience supporting digital or technology organizations
Power BI experience
Large enterprise or government finance background
