Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade network solutions across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments
Perform technical discovery, solution design, and create clear, detailed network documentation
Design and manage Cisco Meraki networks, including template creation, configuration binding, and large-scale deployments
Administer and optimize Meraki MX, MS, and MR devices using the Meraki Dashboard
Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions using Cisco Viptela and Meraki SD-WAN
Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including policy-based routing, static and dynamic routing, and route redistribution
Ensure strong network security posture by implementing best practices for firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption
Work with routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, TCP/IP, and SDN concepts
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues using tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and similar monitoring/alerting platforms
Support and maintain Cisco networking hardware including Catalyst, Nexus, routers, switches, and firewalls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while being capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Viptela, and FortiGate firewalls
Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, SDN, SD-WAN
Deep understanding of network security principles, compliance, and best practices
Proven experience in network design, deployment, and operational support
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex network environments
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale network infrastructures
Preferred
Cisco: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
Cisco SD-WAN / ENSDWI (300-415)
Meraki / Aruba certifications (e.g., ACSDP)
Fortinet NSE certifications
