Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements
Document and prioritize business and functional requirements
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor GTM KPIs and performance
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools
Assist in analyzing the funnel productivity, looking at measures like Conversion Rates, ARR, Win Rate and many more to help our team reach their goals
Provide regular updates on project status and issue resolution
Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders and project teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or relevant work experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the SaaS industry (GTM role – Advantage)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques including Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc
Knowledge in Salesforce - Advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of querying data bases (Snowflake or similar)– must
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas simply and effectively
You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment sponsorship
You must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) in order to be paid as a 1099 contractor
As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits
