Responsibilities

Partner with the Director, Field Leadership & Growth to develop and manage programs for identified future sales leaders
Use sales performance data to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development solutions
Design and develop engaging training and learning experiences for sales managers (topics focus on driving double digit advisor recruiting and revenue growth)
Deliver virtual and in-person sessions focused on leadership skills, investment/wealth management/financial planning sales practices and recruiting. This includes executing on all field leadership meetings
Incorporating new and effective learning tools and methodology included AI
Track and report on program effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and performance outcomes

Required

5+ years in sales training, sales leadership development within financial services, wealth management
Experience facilitating leadership programs or coaching managers in a sales environment
Deep and current understanding of sales processes and financial advisor recruiting & coaching methodology
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Proficiency with learning technologies including AI and virtual platforms
