VP of B2B Sales - Healthtech
Fitt Insider is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health and wellness companies. They are seeking a Vice President of B2B Sales to build and lead commercial growth across healthcare and wellness ecosystems, focusing on driving revenue and defining playbooks for scaling the business.

Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert high-potential B2B partners that can pilot our product in new locations
Rapidly scale across franchises, enterprise footprints, or multi-location networks
Serve as credible, well-known brand partners that accelerate consumer awareness and trust
Build a scalable B2B partnership engine
Establish early lighthouse partners (large employers, premium brands, franchise networks)
Create sales playbooks across clinical, wellness, fitness, and enterprise channels
Develop feedback loops that inform product, onboarding, and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience launching new products in the healthcare/wellness industry with B2B experience
Medical device sales experience (orthopedics, dermatology, internal medical/concierge services, longevity clinics, recovery, diagnostics, or adjacent categories)
Experience selling into both healthcare and consumer-facing businesses
Ability to translate product into a clear value proposition for different buyers
Understanding of what partners need to successfully deploy our product with minimal friction
Focus on partner success, adoption, and brand development
Proactive in identifying and helping create collateral, training, workflows, and messaging required to help partners grow usage quickly
Ability to thrive in environments where structure is being built, not inherited
Listening to customer feedback and helping identify and implement solutions to improve the customer experience
