Solar Services Administrator

They are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Administrator to support their Solar Service team with essential administrative and logistical functions, including coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities
Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules and reports
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating tasks and resources
Prepare regular status reports for internal stakeholders
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
Maintain document control systems to ensure all project files are accurate and accessible
Process purchase orders and expense reports in accordance with company policies
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Support and issue tracking processes
Perform other general administrative duties as required to support the project team
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
2+ years in a project support or administrative role, preferably in [industry – e.g., construction, engineering, IT, renewables, etc.]
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
Experience with contract administration or procurement processes
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or terminology
