American Fuji Seal is seeking a Shrink Production Associate to support the Shrink Printing Department. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness, and handling non-hazardous materials to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

Operate the parts washer and all tasks associated with supplying the press with clean parts for production
Perform routine preventative tasks on the parts washer that maintains the unit to ensure that the equipment is always ready for production
Proper handling of all non-hazardous materials (i.e. waste) leaving the department and processing of waste materials with onsite distillation equipment
The removal of all trash and scrap from the department to the appropriate destinations
To maintain a clean and safe work environment
All other appropriate duties as assigned by the management team
Check on-hand materials for press and prepress (i.e. tapes, cores) and restock as needed
Operate floor scrubber in production areas as scheduled
Assist with general facility housekeeping
Act as backup for the press helper in the event additional staffing is needed in the department

Required

High School Diploma equivalent
Demonstrated insight into mechanical and process analysis
Must communicate in both verbal and written matters
Ability to work overtime and any schedule that management deems necessary to maintain production
