Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of organizational strategies, ensuring the integration of software engineering efforts with broader company goals
Collaborate with other senior leaders to define project priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the achievement of strategic outcomes
Champion the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness

Bachelor's degree from an institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
8+ years of experience leading software development projects
Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
Preferred
background and experience with integrated avionics systems
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles
