Responsibilities
Personally work safely and ensure safe work by all contractors, vendors, or anyone on EQT property at all times
Maintain an Absolute Zero safety environment
Responsible for supervising Workover, Flowback, and Plugging projects from start to finish on time and on budget
Responsible for implementing Workover, Flowback, and Plugging design as provided by engineering
Responsible for supervising Workover, Flowback, and Plugging activities and coordinating operations between Production operations, Engineering, Facilities Construction, Midstream, Completions, and Drilling departments
Maintain operational efficiencies and cost controls of work in progress
Responsible for quality control of contractor performance and equipment. Individual will be responsible for continuous improvement of Workover, Flowback, and Plugging techniques
Responsible for meeting metrics during the tubing campaign
Responsible for project cost tracking and working in Wellview
Assist with Production operations as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a related field or industry
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
3+ years of experience in a related field or industry
Able to contribute in a team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Driver's License
Ability to accurately complete all associated documentation
Ability to think analytically and solve moderately complex problems
Basic computer skills and effective application of software programs
Understanding of Workover Rigs, Coiled Tubing, and Wireline equipment
Ability to pass a physical capabilities test (which includes but is not limited to lifting and carrying 70 lbs, walking 1/2 mile at various inclines, etc.) necessary to demonstrate the physical ability to perform the essential functions of this job
Willingness to work in an outdoor environment
