Real Estate & Finance Associate Attorney
gpac is a highly regarded boutique Real Estate & Finance law firm, and they are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate and finance transactions while maintaining a balanced and sustainable workload.

Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial real estate and finance documents
Manage transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and counterparties throughout deal lifecycles
Conduct due diligence and review title, survey, and financing materials
Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services
Maintain organized and accurate transaction documentation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Tennessee Bar (or ability to waive in)
3+ years of commercial real estate and/or finance experience
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Preferred
Strong preference for Big Law or real estate-focused boutique training
