Lead Solution Architect – Salesforce
Neos Consulting Group is seeking a Lead Solution Architect – Salesforce for a contract role with their client. This architect will support the modernization of core veteran services by defining end-to-end solutions that streamline service delivery and improve operational insights.

Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for initiatives spanning loan services automation, call center transformation, and data modernization
Define end-to-end solution designs across CRM/SaaS platforms, integrations, vendor solutions, and legacy/on-prem components
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate service goals into technical requirements, architecture decisions, and delivery plans
Qualification
Required
8 Years Required Progressive experience in enterprise applications and integrations, including 3+ years leading solution architecture/design authority for complex programs
4 Years Required Experience designing solutions across CRM/SaaS platforms (including Salesforce), API integrations, third-party SaaS solutions, and custom/on-premises systems
4 Years Required Strong ability to partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate outcomes into technical requirements, architecture decisions, and delivery plans
4 Years Required Proven success guiding delivery teams through technical design reviews, implementation oversight, and release readiness
Preferred
4 Years Preferred Producing and maintaining architecture artifacts (current/future state, integration flows, solution options, decision records)
4 Years Preferred Defining integration patterns and interface requirements; coordinate across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure interoperability
4 Years Preferred Lead design reviews and technical governance; ensuring implementation aligns to standards, security expectations, and maintainability goals
4 Years Preferred Support delivery execution (planning, dependency management, release readiness) and resolve cross-team technical risks
