Responsibilities
Manage incoming marketing requests through the marketing queue and help prioritize work
Assign tasks to team members, track progress in ClickUp, and follow up for timely completion
Perform quality checks and support on-time, accurate delivery across the department
Make minor creative edits and update collateral in alignment with brand standards
Support marketing onboarding/offboarding, maintain assets/templates, and complete administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and ensure work meets standards for compliance, accuracy, and customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; marketing/communications/design education preferred
2–3 years of marketing coordinator experience (bank/agency/PR preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude
