Responsibilities
Providing key insights into both digital Advisor and digital retail performance reporting
Troubleshooting production support issues from our various Performance Reporting platforms
Creation and delivery of historical data files used for performance reporting platforms
Experience with our data analysis tool, Alteryx
Working with internal teams to build sophisticated reporting and data processing tools
Functional business knowledge of both our Advisor Service and Retail organizations
Being familiar with Jira by Atlassian, Splunk, SQL and other data analytics tools
Experience in how data can help inform future development
Having a keen eye for process automation and self-service style business processes
Qualification
Required
1-3 yrs experience with SQL
College Education or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Providing key insights into both digital Advisor and digital retail performance reporting
