Staffing Technologies is looking for a seasoned Endpoint Engineer to own and evolve a modern Windows and mobile endpoint environment. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, endpoint automation, and secure device management across various platforms. The Endpoint Engineer will serve as a technical authority for endpoint tooling while collaborating closely with enterprise application and security teams.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, iOS devices, and third-party applications

Act as the subject matter expert for SCCM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop , driving endpoint design, deployment, and optimization

Build and maintain automated deployment and update workflows , including OS images, application packaging, and patching

Design and enforce endpoint security standards in collaboration with security and infrastructure teams

Create and maintain clear technical documentation and runbooks for endpoint operations and troubleshooting

Proactively improve endpoint performance, stability, and user experience

Manage Group Policy and Group Policy Preferences for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

Package and deploy new and updated applications on an ongoing basis

Support patching, software distribution, inventory, and compliance through SCCM and Intune

Develop PowerShell and automation scripts to eliminate manual tasks and improve efficiency

Escalate and coordinate resolution of complex third-party software and hardware issues

Stay current on endpoint technologies and best practices to continuously modernize the environment

Required

8+ years of experience in Endpoint / Desktop Engineering

Deep expertise with Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, and enterprise endpoint servicing

Advanced hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune, including custom configurations and reporting

Strong experience managing iOS devices and enterprise mobile applications

Proven ability to troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Office integrations, plugins, and add-ins

Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and diagnostics

Experience with Microsoft Defender or similar endpoint security tools

Solid understanding of Group Policy and GPP design and customization

Proficiency with endpoint diagnostic tools (e.g., Process Monitor)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Strong communication skills and ability to mentor or train others

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Relevant certifications are a plus
