Rep Diet Office Casual Second shift

The Rep Diet Office role is responsible for processing diet orders, maintaining accurate diet office systems, and ensuring all patients have appropriate meal orders while functioning under stressful situations.

Responsibilities
Processes diet orders, discharges, transfers, admits, nutrition notes, menus and patient preferences correctly
Assures BHS and 1N menus are correct and all patients have a meal ordered
Fills out, enters and prints all paperwork in a timely, organized and complete manner - nourishment labels, Patient List with Notes, Unables, Missed Meals Report, menu entry menus and supplement and floorstock charges
Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Basic computer knowledge
Food Handler Certification within 180 days of hire
Preferred
Six months experience
