Talent Coordinator
Translation Commons is an international non-profit organization seeking volunteer Talent Coordinators to assist with the recruitment of volunteers. The role involves managing volunteer signups, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new volunteers.

Responsibilities
Manage TC volunteers’ signups through the Master Volunteer Google spreadsheet
As the first TC point of contact to applicants, lead the Meet & Greet meetings (i.e. interviews with new volunteers and record the interviewees’ answers)
Manage the allocation of both new and ongoing volunteers to Groups
Monitor volunteer status (active or inactive) and redirect volunteers from inactive to active groups (coordinates with Engagement Group), update Master Volunteer Spreadsheet
Field and answer questions, problems, requests, and issues from volunteers
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on intercultural contexts
Familiarity with technology (Google Spreadsheet, Google Calendar, etc.)
Interested in acquiring translation and community management experience
Weekly commitment of 5 hours per week
