Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 and group coaching for PM professionals (from Associate to Director level)
Provide targeted feedback on resumes, product case studies, and PM portfolios
Coach clients on case interview frameworks, whiteboard exercises, and product strategy challenges
Help clients articulate impact and outcomes through storytelling and metrics
Identify mindset or confidence gaps that may hinder career growth
Collaborate with the coaching team to evolve ESVP’s PM coaching curriculum
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, with leadership or mentorship exposure
Deep knowledge of PM hiring processes, product case interviews, and portfolio storytelling
Strong ability to coach on product craft, strategy, and communication
Excellent listening, empathy, and coaching skills
Passion for career transformation and mentoring product talent
