Responsibilities

Support Project Managers and Media Buyers in executing integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels
Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and execution tasks so campaigns stay on track
Help manage creative assets, specs, deadlines, trafficking requirements, and version control
Track campaign changes mid-flight and ensure updates are reflected across internal documents, reporting inputs, and pacing tools
Maintain highly organized documentation, spreadsheets, and campaign files
Support budget tracking and pacing updates to ensure spend is accurate and current
Review insertion orders, vendor delivery, and pacing for accuracy and alignment
Assist with reporting QA and help ensure performance data is clean, accurate, and delivered on time
Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and (sometimes) clients
Proactively flag risks, missing inputs, unclear ownership, or timeline threats before they become problems
Participate in internal meetings and client calls in a support capacity
Depending on experience, this role may also support or assist with:
Platform execution tasks (Meta, Google, programmatic, etc.)
QA of campaign setup details and launch readiness
Light optimization support under the direction of a Media Buyer
Operate confidently in a fully remote environment
Take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal oversight
Communicate proactively and calmly when details change or issues arise
Maintain rigorous documentation and organized systems
Balance speed with accuracy - work that is both efficient and reliable
Campaign execution is accurate, timely, and well-documented
Media Buyers and Project Managers feel meaningful workload relief
Budgets, pacing, and documentation stay up to date without constant follow-up
Changes are flagged early and handled smoothly and responsibly
The team trusts you—and doesn’t need to double-check your work

Required

2+ years experience in a media coordinator, media planning, or media buying support role
Experience supporting multi-channel or integrated media campaigns
Strong attention to detail and organizational instincts
Strong time management and ability to prioritize independently
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is essential
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

CPG/consumer brand experience is a plus
