Responsibilities
Plan and Specification review
Take-offs and Quantity Estimation of materials required for each project utilizing construction estimating software
Identify omissions and inaccuracies in plans, bringing them to the attention of the General Contractor and DCO project team
Maintain organized estimating computer files, including bid documents, plans, and updates in Procore, Building Connected, and other shared files
Complete shop drawings as directed and in accordance with project specifications
Manage multiple projects and estimates simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Collaborate and support project team members
Contribute to project and client success
Qualification
Required
Commercial Floorcovering or Construction estimating experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Team oriented
