Manage high-touch leave of absence requests, including tracking timelines, documentation, and required approvals
Provide personalized guidance and documentation related to leave programs and processes for employees in multiple states
Serve as a liaison with external leave administrators and vendors to ensure smooth coordination
Maintain accurate leave records, files, and reporting to support compliance and continuity across jurisdictions
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leave laws, and related compliance guidelines
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to manage leave requests and ensure accuracy in documentation
Interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees, HR teams, and management effectively
Problem-solving and analytical skills to address leave-related issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Proficiency with HR software and leave tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration
3–5 years of hands-on experience in employee benefits and leave of absence administration for multiple states
