This role will act as the lead analyst and integration coordinator, working across multiple divisions to ensure successful deployment, integration, and user adoption of the EDMS solution.

Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder pre-discovery sessions to understand business processes and forms
Analyze and document current-state workflows
Partner with vendors and technical teams to define and document future-state processes
Capture complete business requirements and identify gaps for future project phases
Coordinate configuration and data requests for each business process and form
Develop detailed integration specifications for inbound and outbound system integrations
Define data elements, success and failure criteria, and exception handling
Collaborate on integration strategy, timelines, and execution
Oversee integration activities to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Develop high-level test scenarios covering success and failure paths
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain stakeholder sign-off
Support validation of processes, forms, and integrations
Assist in creating and maintaining:
Test Plans
Communication Plans
Training Plans
Deployment Plans
Translate technical concepts into clear business language
Present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Support knowledge transfer activities across teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
At least two long-term (1+ year) Business Analyst engagements
Strong experience with enterprise-level systems and business process improvement
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Gap analysis and opportunity identification
Root cause analysis and solution development
Business process modeling and documentation
Quality Assurance (QA) principles and practices
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Business Analyst certification (CBAP or equivalent)
Experience supporting system integrations
Experience working with large, regulated organizations
