They are seeking a motivated entry-level Site Civil Designer to assist in design drawings, field visits, and stormwater management design tasks under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing design drawings using AutoCAD with input from engineers and landscape architects
Participate in field visits to gather visual and photographic site information
Support construction inspection activities with guidance from supervisors
Learn and apply Stormwater Management Requirements and local zoning Regulations
Contribute to stormwater management design tasks for development projects
Research local, county, and state regulations to inform design decisions
Help prepare design plans and jurisdictional applications under supervision
Assist in reviewing construction documents including shop drawings and RFIs
Collaborate on writing technical reports with support from senior staff
Attend project meetings and assist with project documentation and coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (recent graduates welcome)
0–3 years of professional experience in civil engineering or internships in a related field
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software preferred
Exposure to stormwater management, grading, or utility design (preferred)
Basic understanding of local permitting processes (preferred)
