The CSL will collaborate with a cross-functional team and technology vendors to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of technology solutions supporting clinical trials.

Responsibilities
Once assigned to a study, connect with the team starting with vendor selection
Heavy focus on vendor management (not budgeting, only oversight)
EDC systems knowledge is a plus (working with Rave Medidata)
Clinical UAT knowledge is helpful (no hands-on testing required, but it's a plus)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, information system, data science or related discipline
2-5 years of experience in Clinical Operations, or Clinical Systems Management
2-5 years of IxRS/IRT and clinical-related systems experience
Successful track records in leading the implementation of clinical systems, such as IxRS/IRT, ePRO, and eCOA
Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations governing clinical trial execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong project management skills
Familiar with documentation in a regulated environment
Experience in Veeva is a plus
2-5 years of experience managing clinical trials, specifically IxRS/eCOA/ePRO studies
Technical role partnering with CTMs and trial managers, focused on building and managing systems
Supports early-phase studies (Phases 1, 2, 3); relevant experience is a plus
Requires knowledge of clinical protocols, project management, and vendor management
Heavy focus on vendor management (not budgeting, only oversight)
Minimum 2–3-year commitment required
Minimum bachelor's degree required; related discipline is a plus
open to training on business/data knowledge, but no compromise on clinical studies experience, oversight, and vendor management
Entry-level to mid-level role; no overqualification concerns if rate is acceptable
Preferred
Preference for experience with clinical systems on the sponsor side
