Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of system operational maintenance and project related system application set up/deployments
Work with various internal departments identify and define problems or issues
Analyze and document business requirements
Triage and resolve new code deployments into various test systems
Maintain existing code working throughout the System Development Life cycle
Assist with code deployment
Maintain and create new system set up documentation
Manage/creating schedules for project go-live deployments and system maintenance
Facilitate meetings
Explore and present system set up solutions
Assist with exploring any application operational issues reported by either internal or external customers
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
