BDC Sales Agent
Hunter Automotive Group is a family-owned dealership in western North Carolina, seeking a full-time BDC Sales Agent to join their team. The role involves connecting with customers, building relationships, and supporting the showroom sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs
Communicate clearly about vehicle availability, features, and next steps
Schedule and confirm sales appointments with the showroom team
Maintain consistent follow-up to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Stay knowledgeable on dealership inventory and current automotive market trends
Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels
Qualification
Required
Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar environments encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confident, professional, and friendly phone presence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Internet sales, automotive BDC, or sales experience preferred but not required
