Responsibilities

Payroll Administration: Own end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy & compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintaining payroll records, deductions, benefits contributions in collaboration with our Finance department to reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies
People Operations & Administrative Support: Support Key People initiatives such as onboarding, offboarding and compliance. Help maintain HRIS (Paylocity) data accuracy, assist in reporting & audits as well as provide day to day people administrative support to employees
Recruiting & Talent Support: Supporting recruiting at the Zebra as a recruiting coordinator as needed by managing job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling and offer coordination

Required

3–5 years of HR or People Operations experience, including experience in payroll processing as well as familiarity with recruiting coordination and applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data

Preferred

Experience with Paylocity and/or Payroll Processing
Ashby ATS experience
PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification a plus
Prior experience in a fast-paced, growing organization, and managing multiple competing priorities at a time
