Easton Select Group is seeking a Service Technician 2 to perform standard service tasks independently while delivering reliable field support. The role involves diagnosing and repairing service issues, providing updates to customers, and occasionally mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities
Complete service calls independently and efficiently
Diagnose and repair both basic and advanced service issues
Provide clear, timely updates to customers and supervisors
Occasionally mentor and support Service Technician I team members
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of hands-on service or field technician experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training)
Demonstrated ability to complete service calls independently
Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Basic to intermediate mechanical, electrical, or equipment repair knowledge (role-dependent)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and supervisors
Willingness to mentor and support entry-level technicians as needed
Strong commitment to safety compliance and company procedures
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (if applicable)
Ability to document work accurately and timely
