Demand Generation Manager
VANTA Partners Inc is the leading open-core platform for AI security, trusted by a vast number of developers and Fortune 500 companies. They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own end-to-end demand generation, build and automate high-impact digital programs, and work closely with Sales to convert interest into customers.
Responsibilities
Execute targeted digital campaigns for security leaders and developers
Build/optimize landing pages, ad creative, offers, and messaging
Test channels, audiences, and creatives to maximize performance
Manage budgets with focus on CPL and pipeline ROI
Support field events and onsite programs
Design persona- and stage-specific nurture sequences
Implement/refine lead scoring and qualification
Own HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences
Convert PLG and sales-led leads into pipeline
Deliver weekly pipeline reports by channel/campaign
Build dashboards for data-driven decisions
Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity funnel; fix drop-offs
Analyze metrics to identify gaps and optimize quickly
Own CPL, conversion, and pipeline tracking
Test and scale high-performing tactics
Qualification
Required
5+ years B2B demand gen (security or dev tools preferred)
Hands-on with HubSpot or similar automation platforms
Experience running paid campaigns, ABM, conferences/events
Proven funnel ownership with revenue impact focus
Data-driven; turns CRM/community analytics into campaigns
Organized, strong communicator, effective Sales partner
Preferred
Security buyer marketing (AppSec, CISOs)
SEO/SEM knowledge
PLG motion experience
Fast-growth startup or open-source GTM background
