Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers as well as the commercial producer
Day to day service needs, including but not limited to endorsements, renewal processing, claims, coverage questions, attending renewal meetings, and billing questions
Qualification

Documentation and detail are imperative to the position and our standards
The position requires independence, confidence, and a work ethic to resolve client issues
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers
Preferred
Commercial Insurance license preferred
