Responsibilities
Support the processing of account terminations by ensuring accurate, timely calculation and execution of client fees and refunds
Communicate and collaborate effectively with advisor teams to ensure alignment and support across the termination and billing process
Address advisor team billing inquiries and deliver prompt, accurate resolutions
Retrieve, organize, and consolidate monthly reports from primary custodians to streamline data review
Monitor, document, and authorize a workflow changes associated with fee adjustments
Support project-based initiatives by ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout all phases of the project
Assist in governing, adhering, and reporting on internal controls and procedures to maintain regulatory standards, ensure compliance, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors. Track and support remediation
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related field experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel
Preferred
Financial industry experience
