Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Manage domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Organize, execute and assist with team activities as needed (e.g. – staff meetings, town halls, off-sites, etc)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on items
Act as a liaison for the VP's direct reports
Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations
Work closely with the leadership team, executive assistants and other business partners to support the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with work space planning/management
Experience with expense reports and purchase orders
Experience with team activities, offsites and events
Preferred
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
