Temporary Receptionist
Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet clients and visitors and direct them appropriately
Receive, sort, and distribute mail
Restock paper and basic supplies in office copiers
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including:
Loading/unloading dishwasher
Washing dishes as needed
Wiping down counters and returning items to cabinets
Provide light administrative support as assigned
Qualification
Required
Business professional demeanor and appearance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Prior receptionist or office support experience
