Temporary Receptionist

LHH is seeking temporary Contract Receptionists to support daily front-office operations. These roles serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play an important part in maintaining an organized, welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet clients and visitors and direct them appropriately
Receive, sort, and distribute mail
Restock paper and basic supplies in office copiers
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including:
Loading/unloading dishwasher
Washing dishes as needed
Wiping down counters and returning items to cabinets
Provide light administrative support as assigned
