Responsibilities
Participate in monthly close out of books
Prepare monthly financial statements
Accounts Payable functions, ensuring verification and/or accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Assist with Accounts Receivable process and related tasks
Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries over assigned accounts and areas
Prepare monthly account reconciliations in a timely manner
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including Pivot tables, look up functions, etc. to efficiently analyze and manipulate data
Create, organize, and maintain client information for management
Identify, maintain, and properly depreciate fixed assets of the company
Assist controller with month-end and year-end reporting
Assist external auditors for annual report
Monitor and ensure adherence to internal controls designed to safeguard company assets
Ensure compliance with US GAAP principles
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years of public accounting experience
Participate in monthly close out of books
Prepare monthly financial statements
Accounts Payable functions, ensuring verification and/or accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Assist with Accounts Receivable process and related tasks
