Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, design teams, VDC, and other stakeholders to document current-state workflows and design optimized future-state processes in ACC
Workflow Updates & Configuration
Refine ACC workflows, configurations, and dashboards to meet evolving project and organizational needs
Support testing and validation of data migration efforts to ensure accuracy and functionality post-migration
Test new developments, modifications, and configurations in separate environments prior to production rollout
Create and maintain user guides, quick reference guides (QRGs), and SOPs; deliver training sessions and support adoption across internal teams and external partners
Configure insights, analytics, and related dashboards to track key KPIs and deliver actionable data for project teams and leadership
Identify adoption barriers, gather feedback, and recommend improvements
Provide day-to-day technical support for ACC tools
Maintain awareness of data flows between construction and development systems, including project management, QA/QC, design and preconstruction, scheduling, and commissioning/turnover—to assist in identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years in construction/development technology, VDC/BIM, or business analysis within the AECO industry
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Build, Cost Management)
Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills
Experience creating training materials and delivering user training
