Responsibilities
Preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485)
Drafting forms, supporting documentation, and correspondence for USCIS, DOL, and DOS filings
Managing PERM labor certification processes and audit responses
Communicating with corporate clients regarding documentation and case status
Tracking deadlines and maintaining accurate case records in case management systems
Assisting with RFEs and ensuring filings are accurate and timely
Qualification
Required
2+ years of business immigration paralegal experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration procedures
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment
