Responsibilities

Develop traditional platform plans in collaboration with digital team and negotiate, and purchase linear media across channels such as television, radio, print, and out-of-home
Analyze media research, ratings data, and audience insights to inform planning, buying and optimization decisions
Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and execution, ensuring accuracy in placements, timing, and deliverables. And monitor campaign performance
Attend in-office work a minimum of one day per week and as needed for client or internal meetings

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying, with a focus on traditional or linear media including TV, radio, out of home and print
Experience with buying platforms and analyzing ratings, audience data, and media research tools (e.g., ComScore, Nielsen or similar platforms)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly and professionally
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
A proactive team player who demonstrates accountability, curiosity, and a client-service mindset
