Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design of a comprehensive service desk solution using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Application Development: Develop, configure, and maintain the application, including both model-driven and canvas apps, to meet the complex needs of our service desks and customer groups
Automation: Build and improve workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes, manage approvals, and enhance overall productivity
Data & Integration: Design and implement a scalable data model within Microsoft Dataverse and Integrate the Power Platform solution with other business systems and third-party applications using custom connectors and APIs
Agile Development & Continuous Improvement: Manage an agile update cycle, gathering user feedback to iteratively improve the application's functionality and user interface and stay current with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform to ensure the solution remains modern and effective
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with service desk managers, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solution aligns with business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience (3-5+ years) in designing and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI)
Strong proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven Power Apps
Demonstrable experience in data modeling, and a strong understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security
Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) and deploying solutions across different environments
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
Experience with Power BI for creating insightful reports and dashboards
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or PowerShell
Knowledge of Azure services like Azure Functions and Logic Apps
