Responsibilities
Help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure
Build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible
Reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with RHEL or Linux systems administration and various Linux-based web stacks
2+ years of experience deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments
2+ years of experience working with cloud service offerings such as compute, storage, databases, DNS, load balancers, and identity and access management
Experience using containerization tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or Helm
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code, including Terraform and Ansible
Experience in code versioning with Git, including GitLab or Bitbucket
Experience working in a direct customer support role, utilizing ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date
Preferred
Experience in scripting or programming, including in Python, Go, and Bash
Experience with ITIL Service Management principles
Experience with SSO, including Keycloak, Okta, or similar
Experience with Big Data platforms or Cross Domain Solutions
Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques
Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
