Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite and offsite events, meetings, and programs
Manage monthly site events and community engagement initiatives
Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support activities and programming
Collaborate on newsletters, internal communications, and event promotions
Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation
Support site leadership with operational planning and execution of business priorities
Partner with communications teams on internal and external messaging
Build strong relationships with local nonprofits, universities, and community partners
Track program success metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and operational excellence
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment while working across all levels of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent practical experience
5–7 years of experience in event management, operations, or program coordination
Strong budgeting and financial management experience
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
