Responsibilities

Responsible for recruiting, training, and leading sales leaders and their teams to success
Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems – Salesforce, Atlas, Gong
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Analyze sales performance metrics to assess team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize results
Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date
Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your Sales VP
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Required

18 years of age or older
This position requires regular travel by car and air, therefore a valid drivers license
