Responsibilities
Provide technical support for a renowned camera company
Leverage fluency in both Spanish and English to assist customers with a variety of technical inquiries
Troubleshoot product issues and deliver detailed product information to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Accurately document all customer interactions and escalate complex or unresolved matters as needed
Qualification
Required
Must legally be able to work and legally reside in the US
Must be at least 18 yrs of age
Highschool diploma or equivalent
The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends
Must pass a background check and drug-screen
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
Proficient in technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, adaptability, and reliability
Accurately document interactions and escalate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences
