Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of real estate transactional matters, including purchase/sale transactions, leasing, financing, closing documents, title review, due diligence, and development documentation
Support developers, owners, and real estate private equity funds
Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate initiative, eagerness to learn, and a long-term interest in contributing to the growth of the practice
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in state where the office resides
Excellent academic record and strong writing skills required
Experience handling a broad range of real estate transactional matters, including purchase/sale transactions, leasing, financing, closing documents, title review, due diligence, and development documentation
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to learn, and a long‑term interest in contributing to the growth of the practice
Preferred
Experience supporting developers, owners, and real estate private equity funds is a plus
Familiarity with transactions involving diverse asset classes—such as hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, self‑storage, or renewable energy properties—is strongly preferred
Experience advising clients at various stages of the real estate asset lifecycle or assisting with real estate private equity fund matters (e.g., fund formation, mezzanine or equity investments, acquisitions, or dispositions) is a plus
Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions preferred; land use experience helpful but not required
