Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the federal market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within federal agencies
Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products can address those needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market
Work with Accrete to generate custom solution value propositions

Required

Eligibility for Federal Top Secret security clearance
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Federal market, with at least 3-5 years of experience
Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Lifelong learner who stays current and knowledgeable in the ever-changing technology space
Experienced with CRM software like Salesforce and Business Development outreach software solutions
Bachelor's degree required
Strategic, mission-oriented mindset—able to map Argus capabilities to specific government challenges
Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
Comfortable discussing AI concepts and translating technical value into mission impact
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Strong negotiation and value-based selling skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com and federal sales tools (GovWin, SAM.gov, etc.)

Preferred

Masters degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Technology is a plus
