Invoice Identification
Physical Check Payment Processing
Sporting and Scanning Physical Mailed-in Invoices
General Maintenance of scanners and secured area
Routing invoices to the correct Simplot Approver & Location
Researching Invoice and Vendor history and payment method
Matching and processing purchase orders to the correct receipts for payment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
3+ years related experience and/or training
Possess a thorough understanding of assigned accounting related functions (i.e. A/P, A/R)
Able to operate general business machines such as computer, and similar office equipment efficiently and accurately
Perform routine mathematical calculations
Able to accurately complete high volume of work within specified time frames
Must be punctual and have regular attendance
Works a hybrid schedule 4:1 (4 days in office, 1 day remote per week)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
