Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for automotive applications
Execute complete automotive hardware development activities in alignment with industry standards and internal processes
Perform hardware safety analyses, including:
Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)
Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA)
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 Functional Safety requirements throughout the hardware development lifecycle
Utilize engineering and analysis tools such as Mathcad, Ansys Medini, and other relevant software tools
Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and cross-functional teams through continuous and effective communication
Support design reviews, documentation, and validation activities as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline
5–10 years of experience in hardware design for automotive applications
Strong hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design
In-depth knowledge of automotive hardware development processes and standards
Proven experience working with ISO 26262 Functional Safety standards
Hands-on experience performing WCCA, DFMEA, FMEDA, and FTA
Proficiency with engineering tools such as Mathcad, Ansys Medini, or equivalent
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
