This role requires a highly autonomous designer who can deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Collaborate professionally with cross-functional partners, including product owners, business analysts, engineers, and fellow designers
Work closely with front-end development teams to create functional, engaging, and scalable product experiences
Clearly communicate design direction, principles, and specifications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Develop and apply structured design processes to solve complex product challenges
Leverage industry best practices while introducing thoughtful, innovative solutions when appropriate
Create experience maps, user journeys, scenarios, and interaction flows
Design end-to-end user experiences, from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes
Produce rapid prototypes to validate concepts and support design decision-making
Provide constructive feedback and design guidance to peers
Present design work to cross-functional teams and leadership with clarity and confidence
Articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and user-centered decision-making
Execute design practices within an Agile software development environment
Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to build and refine product backlogs
Contribute to requirements definition and user story creation
Balance user needs with business goals in all design solutions
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of hands-on experience designing digital product experiences (UX/UI)
Demonstrated experience shipping multiple products or major features
Prior experience working as an embedded designer within a cross-functional product team
Strong command of both interaction design and visual design (UX and UI required)
Regular, hands-on experience working with design systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to document and clearly explain design decisions
Confidence presenting to both small and large groups
Strong relationship-building skills with peers and stakeholders
High degree of accountability, dependability, and consistency in a remote or hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks
Experience designing native mobile applications
Ecommerce product experience
Familiarity with design research methodologies and usability testing
