Responsibilities
Collaborate on interior design projects that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and management of budgets and schedules
Generate concepts for finish plans, RCP, lighting plans, specifications, material selections, and millwork for the project
Participate in the selection and presentation of FF&E, color palettes, and decorative lighting
Develop and participate in internal and client presentations
Generate full documentation to coordinate with Architecture, MEP, AV, General Contractors and other disciplines to achieve the desired design intent
Participate in construction administration process ensuring the successful delivery of the design intent
Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a professionally accredited program
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high residential, hospitality or senior living
Proficient computer skills in Revit, Microsoft suite of programs, Canva, Enscape
Full management skills, good communication and presentation skills with clients
Ability to communicate design ideas and direction
Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
Understands details and working with architectural and engineering disciplines
Field experience working with contractors through the construction administration process
Preferred
Candidates who have passed the NCIDQ exam are preferred
