Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting or exceeding loan and deposit production goals in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to maximize profitability of the organization while minimizing risk
Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverse and complex commercial relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring, negotiating/pricing, collateral, ensuring adequate loan documentation, and analyzing industry/credit risk
Develops key relationships in the market by promoting a positive image of Midwest Heritage in the community through active participation in professional and civic group activities
Build additional relationships across Midwest Heritage banking (deposit, mortgage, etc.), financial and insurance services, to existing and potential Ag and/or commercial customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business or related field with a minimum of 5+ year's agricultural and/or commercial lending experience
Must have valid driver's license and meet requirement for use of company vehicle
Must have a friendly positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to approach people
Self-motivation, strong work ethic and the ability to build personal relationships
Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision
Must possess competitive spirit
Excellent organizational skills, work with detail, high level of accuracy, and follow-up skills are required
Required to be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Will always present themselves in a professional manner
Must have proficiency of PC with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
